Introduction
SFS Nut is an internal-recirculation ball screw nut with an integrated flange body, engineered for applications where compact installation space and smooth, low-noise operation are critical. Unlike external-recirculation designs (SFU/SFE series), the SFS routes ball return paths entirely within the nut body, resulting in lower vibration and more consistent preload retention over extended duty cycles.
The nut is manufactured to German precision standards and surface-treated with electroless nickel plating for corrosion resistance in industrial environments. Each unit passes 100% dimensional inspection before shipment, with records kept traceable for 3 years.
Typical applications: CNC machining centers, semiconductor handling equipment, industrial robots, precision measuring instruments, and high-speed gantry systems.

Q: Is the SFS Nut compatible with THK or HIWIN ball screws?
A: Yes. Our SFS series is dimensionally compatible with major brand specifications. Please provide your screw model number and we will confirm fit before you order.
Q: What preload class is available?
A: We supply light preload (C3) and medium preload (C5) as standard. Zero-preload and custom preload options are available on request.
Q: Can you supply the matching ball screw shaft with the nut?
A: Yes. We manufacture both the screw and nut in-house and can supply them as a matched assembly, tested together before shipment.
Q: What is the warranty?
A: 12 months from shipment. If a defect occurs within the warranty period, we will send a replacement part free of charge after confirming the issue via photos or video.
Q: Can I get a technical drawing before ordering?
A: Yes. Our engineering team will provide a dimensional drawing in DWG or PDF format upon request.
