In the wave of industrial automation and precision manufacturing, linear guide sliders, as core transmission components, their size, performance and adaptability directly determine the operation accuracy, stability and service life of equipment. Zhejiang Baili Guide Rail Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is deeply engaged in the R&D, production and sales of high-precision linear guide rails. Relying on German-standard precision manufacturing technology of ±0.005 mm, a 14,000-square-meter modern production base and dozens of utility model patents, we have created three core series of guide rail sliders: EG, EGH and HG, which accurately match the usage requirements of different industrial scenarios. Among them, Small EG Series Linear Guide Slider and EG Series Linear Guide Slider feature miniaturization and high precision, while HG Series Linear Guide Block has become the first choice for heavy-duty equipment with its heavy load and high rigidity.

Small EG Series Linear Guide Slider
EG Series Mini Linear Guide Rail - Micro Precision Control, Great Performance in Small Space
The EG Series mini linear guide rail starts with a rail width of 9 mm and a combined height of only 12-24 mm, with a shorter slider length, making it a precision component tailor-made for space-constrained scenarios. Adopting a four-row steel ball design, this series achieves equal load in four directions, with outstanding self-aligning ability and higher tolerance for installation errors, ensuring operation accuracy even in a compact installation environment. It features a low friction coefficient, stable operation and low noise, suitable for high-speed reciprocating motion of ≤5m/min, with accuracy grades covering C/H/P/SP/UP. The mini specification can achieve micron-level positioning, perfectly matching the precision positioning and rapid movement needs of small equipment such as chip mounters, 3C automation equipment, precision measuring instruments and medical equipment.
It should be noted that the EG Series has a relatively small rated load. Overload and strong impact should be avoided during use, and dust prevention and lubrication maintenance should be done well to ensure its long-term stable operation.

EGH Series Low-Profile Mini Linear Guide Rail - Thin Upgrade, Steady Improvement
As a thin upgraded version of the EG Series, the EGH Series has a rail width of 15/20 mm and a combined height of 24/28 mm. Compared with the standard EG Series, it has a more compact structure and lower combined height, with significant advantages in ultra-thin body equipment. This series has better rigidity than the standard EG Series of the same size, stronger resistance to lateral force and overturning moment, high smoothness and low heat generation during operation. It is more suitable for precision positioning under cantilever structure and light load conditions, as well as operating scenarios with frequent start and stop. It is widely used in flatbed printers, small laser engraving machines, precision optical platforms, compact sliding tables, small robot joints and other equipment.
Due to its lower load capacity than the HG Series, the EGH Series is not recommended for industrial working conditions with heavy cutting and strong impact.

HG Series Standard Heavy-Duty Guide Rail - Heavy-Duty Hard Core, High Rigidity and Durability
The HG Series standard heavy-duty guide rail starts with a rail width of 20 mm and a combined height of 30-60 mm, with a wide slider and a large mounting hole distance, making it a hard core product designed for heavy load and strong impact scenarios. Its rated dynamic load covers 14.75-277.8 kN, with excellent impact and overturning resistance. Even under heavy cutting and heavy load operation conditions, it can still maintain high-precision positioning and operation stability; when used in combination with long stroke and multiple sliders, it has outstanding performance in controlling rigidity and precision drift, adapting to the long-term continuous operation needs of large equipment.
At present, the HG Series has been widely used in machine tool equipment such as machining centers, gantry milling machines, grinders and heavy lathes, as well as heavy-duty automation fields such as new energy equipment, stamping lines, packaging machinery and large handling platforms. Attention should be paid to the flatness and parallelism of the mounting surface during the installation of this series to avoid eccentric load and stress concentration, and give full play to its heavy-duty performance advantages.
