September 24, 2026 | Lishui, Zhejiang, China
As the golden harvest moon rises over Lishui, Zhejiang, the team at Zhejiang Baili Guide Rail Manufacturing Co., Ltd. joins people across China and around the world in celebrating one of the most cherished traditional festivals - the Mid-Autumn Festival , also known as the Moon Festival. This year, as the festival falls on September 25th, we take a moment to pause from our busy production floors and precision workshops to share in the warmth of this beautiful occasion together.
A Festival Rooted in Tradition
The Mid-Autumn Festival has been celebrated in China for over a thousand years, falling on the 15th day of the eighth month of the lunar calendar - the night when the moon is said to be at its fullest and most brilliant. It is a time for reunion, reflection, and gratitude, a moment to look up at the same luminous moon that connects people across oceans and continents. For us at Baili, it is also a meaningful reminder of the global relationships we have built with our partners and customers worldwide.
Mooncakes and Fresh Fruits for Every Team Member
To mark this special occasion, Baili's management prepared thoughtful gifts for all staff members at our 14,000-square-meter facility in Shuigai Industrial Park. Every employee received a carefully selected box of traditional mooncakes - those beautifully crafted pastries filled with lotus seed paste, red bean, or mixed nuts that have become the iconic symbol of the festival. Alongside the mooncakes, we distributed generous baskets of fresh, seasonal fruits, including grapes, pomelos, pomegranates, and more, reflecting the abundance and richness of the harvest season.
It was a simple but heartfelt gesture - a way for the company to say thank you to the dedicated men and women who operate our CNC grinding machines, assemble our precision linear guide rails, run quality inspections with our coordinate measuring machines, and ensure that every order ships on time. Without their commitment and skill, Baili's reputation for German-standard precision (±0.005mm) and a monthly output capacity of 100,000 sets would simply not be possible.
Holiday Gifts for Employees
Our People Are Our Foundation
At Baili, our core values are Innovation, Collaboration, Responsibility, and Win-Win. These are not just words on a wall - they are reflected in how we treat one another every day. Employee well-being has always been a priority for us. A motivated, cared-for team produces better results, maintains higher precision standards, and delivers the kind of service that has earned us a 98.7% customer satisfaction rate and five consecutive years as a recognized top guide rail service provider in China.
Moments like the Mid-Autumn Festival remind us that behind every linear guide rail, every ball screw, and every precision component we ship to CNC machine builders, robotics manufacturers, and automation engineers around the world, there is a dedicated team working hard - and they deserve to be celebrated.
A Message to Our Global Partners
To our customers, distributors, and business partners across Asia, Europe, the Americas, and beyond - we extend our warmest Mid-Autumn Festival greetings. Though you may celebrate different traditions, the spirit of the Moon Festival is universal: gratitude for what we have built together, appreciation for trust and collaboration, and hope for continued growth and prosperity in the months ahead.
Whether you are sourcing THK/HIWIN-compatible guide rails, exploring custom non-standard solutions, or simply evaluating a reliable long-term supplier, know that the team at Baili is here - energized, committed, and ready to serve you with the same precision and care that defines everything we do.
