Zhejiang Baili Guide Rail Manufacturing Co., Ltd. wrapped up a successful run at the 28th China Qingdao International Industrial Automation Technology and Equipment Exhibition (APIE 2026), which took place July 16–19, 2026 at the Qingdao International Convention and Exhibition Center (Hongdao Hall). The company exhibited at Booth A1-H34 over the four-day event, welcoming a steady stream of engineers, distributors, and procurement professionals from across the country.

Our staff are introducing the products to customers
APIE is one of the most well-attended industrial automation trade shows in northern China, and this year's edition drew exhibitors and visitors spanning machine tool manufacturing, robotics, semiconductor equipment, and precision automation. For Baili, the Qingdao show marked another step in an active exhibition calendar that has previously included the China International Industry Fair and Hannover Messe.
The booth centered on Baili's three flagship product lines: linear guide rails, linear guide sliders, and optical shafts. Each attracted genuine interest from visitors, with on-site demonstrations giving buyers a hands-on look at the products' build quality. The linear guide rails drew particular attention - the self-aligning carriage design, which compensates for minor angular deviations through elastic deformation and contact-point transfer, resonated with machine tool engineers looking for reliable smooth motion under high-temperature operating conditions. The steel balls inside each slider are made from imported steel rod stock sourced through unified overseas procurement, which Baili says is key to achieving high precision, low noise, and consistent wear resistance across production batches.

The optical shafts also generated strong enquiries, especially from buyers with non-standard requirements. Baili's shafts can be cut to any length and machined to order - options include chamfering, milling, threading, knurling, flat cutting, drilling, and step turning - which gave the booth a practical appeal for visitors who often struggle to find suppliers willing to accommodate small-batch custom orders.
Conversations at the booth reflected broader trends in the domestic automation market: manufacturers are under pressure to improve positional accuracy while keeping maintenance cycles long and noise levels down. Baili's positioning around German-standard accuracy of ±0.005 mm, combined with a monthly production capacity of 100,000 sets and standard lead times of 7 to 15 days, gave the sales team a clear and credible story to tell.
Back in Lishui, Baili operates from a 14,000-square-meter facility in Shuigai Industrial Park, equipped with Japanese and German CNC grinding machines and a climate-controlled precision measurement lab. The factory runs ISO-certified testing protocols for load capacity and durability, and the company holds multiple national patents across its product lines. For buyers who want to see the operation firsthand, factory visits are welcomed by appointment.
